Responsibilities
Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments
Perform all OMNI functions, lead Omni team members, establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experience
Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Maintain a clean and organized area within the OMNI Space
Bin storage to organize members' orders based on gold standards
Ensure storage bins are regularly cleaned and maintained based on safety standards
