Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support tailored to the warehouse and distribution center environment, resolving issues with scanners, mobile devices, printers (label and thermal), tablets, and specialized warehouse technology
  • Manage IT support for warehouse-specific systems, including WMS (Warehouse Management System) client access, inventory applications, and shop floor/dock equipment
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle for all warehouse devices—procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning of warehouse hardware (e.g., handheld scanners, forklifts terminals, specialized printers)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local network connectivity, ensuring robust Wi-Fi coverage across the entire facility to support critical warehouse operations
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding for warehouse staff from an IT perspective—account setup, hardware configuration, and access provisioning for operational systems
  • Handle user access provisioning and de-provisioning across core business systems
