Responsibilities

Oversee transportation of products (internal and external movement)
Coordinate and supervise daily workflow activities
Manage labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met
Accountable for inbound and outbound KPIs
Solve problems and document solutions
Manage training process of team
Work closely with Management on workflow, personnel, certifications, tools, and future improvements
Run quality and production reports - daily and weekly
Assist employees through training, problem solving, and ensuring they have proper tools to do their job
