They should be able to provide personalized support to students, including grading deliverables, offering detailed feedback, teaching challenging concepts, and providing career pointers.

Responsibilities

Mentors will grade student deliverables on a weekly basis, offer detailed feedback, teach challenging concepts, and provide career pointers to students, as well as engage in a weekly 30-minute check-in to discuss questions, projects, and career advice. They will also communicate with students outside of calls as needed to support learning and career objectives, contributing to a rewarding professional growth opportunity and making a lasting impact on students' careers.
