Multiple Roles - UX/UI Student Support

Position Overview

• Location Type: Remote

• edX, part of 2U Inc., is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants, Tutors, Learning Assistants, and Graders to support students enrolled in University Bootcamps globally. These roles provide 1:1 support to students through various channels (Zoom, Slack, and structured schedules) and assist instructors in facilitating lessons. The goal is to empower learners and help them achieve successful and rewarding careers.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience related to the specific program you are interviewing for (some roles may require more than 6 months).
• Technical Familiarity: Some familiarity with the program technologies listed above for your chosen program.
• Time Management: Excellent time-management skills are essential.
• Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is required.
• Flexibility: Flexibility in schedule is necessary.
• US Work Authorization: Internal and External Candidates must be authorized to work in the US to qualify for a Central Support Role.

Responsibilities

• Teaching Assistants: Present during class hours and assist instructors in facilitating lessons; provide valuable resources to students during project group work sessions.
• Tutors: Provide 1:1 support to students enrolled in University Bootcamps via Zoom, based on student need and availability.
• Learning Assistants: Support students enrolled in University Bootcamps via Slack on a structured schedule (with multiple shift options).
• Graders: Provide students with assignment grades and detailed, clear feedback to support their learning journey, with a flexible schedule.
