Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: May only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
At least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from January 2026 through June 2026
All candidates must be willing to work 24 hours/week during a Monday through Sunday schedule (hours and days to be determined by supervisor, and could include nights, weekends, and holidays)
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the New York, New York area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work in the New York, New York area
Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the news department to ensure coverage of community events
Assist in the distribution of information pertaining to grant dispersal to community partners
Provide administrative support, managing calendars and internal communications
Support talent preparations for external events, i.e., gathering info on talent’s behalf and solidifying transportation, scripting, etc
Participate in site visits to nonprofits
Assist in the creation and management of campaigns supporting the station’s tentpole events and community partners
