Bachelor’s degree in business, Hotel Administration, or equivalent combination of extensive management experience in a gaming resort environment
6+ years of leadership experience directing and managing large, diverse teams
In-depth understanding of slot operations, processes, technology, and regulatory requirements
Prior experience as VP or Director of Slot Operations in a high-volume, integrated casino resort
Strong track record in driving operational performance, optimizing floor efficiency, and enhancing guest experience
Culture-driven leadership skills to build high-performing teams, foster collaboration, model accountability, develop talent, and elevate engagement
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Slots department in partnership with the Gaming Center of Excellence
Oversee staffing, guest service initiatives, employee engagement, and profitability of the Slots department
Ensure adherence to state Gaming Control Board policies, regulations, and departmental/property policies and procedures
Lead employee engagement, guest service, and overall performance while driving financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and casino credit decisions
Partner with property leadership and Gaming Center of Excellence to develop annual business plans, optimize floor layout, approve policy changes, and manage gaming equipment and supplies
Oversee staffing, training, development, performance management, and policy compliance within the division
Maintain strong communication with Table Games, Player Development, and Special Events to enhance guest service
Manage machine mix, game configuration, placement, and timely equipment repair for strong operational performance
Promote a culture of teamwork, recognition, diversity, and succession planning
Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen guest loyalty through SHOW and guest experience initiatives
