Experience selling into service-centric industries or not-for-profits is strongly preferred, and a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs is essential. The role requires strong leadership presence, strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, and a willingness to travel across the U.S. and Canada.
The VP of Sales for North America will lead and expand Unit4 sales efforts across the US and Canada, focusing on delivering sustained revenue growth and scaling enterprise and mid-market sales teams. Key responsibilities include refining go-to-market strategies, building strong customer and partner relationships, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for mid-market and upper-mid-market accounts, and aligning sales efforts with corporate GTM priorities. The role also involves recruiting, leading, and mentoring regional account executives, creating a culture of accountability, owning the North America commercial sales forecast through pipeline management and CRM discipline, driving deal velocity and strategic account development, cultivating C-level relationships, collaborating with global teams for a seamless customer experience, and identifying market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats while localizing global initiatives.
