Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of P45 years of functional experience in Vendor Management Software (VMS) solutions or systems, along with 5+ years of experience deploying ATS or other HR related solutions or systems. They should also have 5+ years of consulting experience and a strong understanding of Contingent Labor, Staffing, or Recruiting.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Functional Consultant, the individual will provide full life-cycle deployment expertise to customers, including gathering requirements, configuring Workday VNDLY, testing various modules, and aligning with business needs. They will also problem-solve, think on their feet, advise customers, and serve as a trusted resource, working with technical consultants, participating in updates to training and best practices, and providing project status reports to the Engagement Manager. Furthermore, they will mentor less experienced consultants and embody a team player mindset.
