Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Communications. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a focus on product marketing, is required. Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), MS Office Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce is essential. Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills are necessary, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience in casino gaming or iGaming is highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

The Visual Designer will manage and maintain the Client Hub platform using WordPress, ensuring digital assets are organized and accessible. They will apply metadata, tagging, and filtering best practices to enhance asset discoverability and collaborate with the Sr. Visual Designer to create compelling marketing content for live casino and iGaming initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting visual design needs for sales decks, presentations, product overviews, catalogs, brochures, banners, posters, animated GIFs, video banners, website graphics, event branding, and game release assets. The role also involves contributing to brainstorming sessions, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring all creative assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for digital and print formats.
