Requirements

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and some After Effects skills
6+ years experience with agencies and Tech Startups (noted as 5+ in overview)
Strong portfolio showcasing past work in B2C and/or B2B
Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, visual communication for marketing
In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, web design, UI design principles for web, and some animation
Extensive knowledge of CMS systems

Responsibilities

Design brand and marketing pieces across all channels (web, email, collateral, events, social media), ensuring visually compelling, brand-consistent storytelling that makes HeyGen look fun and sophisticated
Master typography, composition, montage, color, interaction design, and persuasive storytelling for video and web
Use Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce high-quality work
Develop banner ads, collateral, social media posts, web design, trade show booth design, and other brand activations
Collaborate with marketing team to achieve awareness and pipeline goals
Evolve the brand visual system
Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce brand voice through visual touchpoints
Design trade show events once a year
Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes, or screen mockups
Design logos, icons, and infographics
Work with a component library if necessary
Develop mood boards and color studies
