Requirements

TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Five (5) years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university (five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted)
CWIP compliant with a Sec+
Office presence a minimum of 5 days per week (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

Administrate day-to-day IT systems including system availability, backup/restore, configuration changes, maintaining and patching both physical and virtual systems
Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages; schedule installations and upgrades in accordance with established IT policies and procedures
Install and monitor security auditing software and remediate defects based on customer security policies
Ensure workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions
Conduct routine hardware and software audits of servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
Develop and maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation
Respond to system alerts and engage in troubleshooting and problem resolution
Collaborate with vendors on product capabilities and improvements needed to meet customer requirements
Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques in investigation and solution of complex and difficult system design requirements and problems
Plan, develop, and execute projects or major phases of significant projects, coordinating the efforts of engineers and technical support staff
Develop investigations of considerable complexity; review literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects
Review completion and implementation of systems additions and/or enhancements and recommend corrections in technical application and analysis to management
Evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services; consult on technical aspects to other organizations
