Atlan is seeking a dynamic Virtual Events Associate to own and scale a strategic, AI-native webinar program. This role is crucial for driving pipeline and positioning Atlan as a thought leader in the data world. You will be instrumental in transforming webinars into a predictable pipeline engine, creating must-attend experiences for data professionals, and building a scalable global program.

• Turn webinars into a predictable pipeline engine: Lead end-to-end execution from concept to promotion to post-event analytics with measurable business impact.
• Make Atlan’s virtual events the “must-attend” experience: Build consistent, high-quality programming that is relevant, engaging, and strategically aligned.
• Build a scalable global program from day one: Architect repeatable systems that support different regions, verticals, and go-to-market motions.
• Pioneer AI-powered webinar innovation: Implement tools and workflows to personalize content, streamline production, and automate repurposing across channels.
• Own the experience, inside and out: From speaker recruitment and coaching to audience acquisition and experience design, own the full webinar journey.
• Lead virtual event experimentation: Pilot new formats, virtual conferences, and engagement models that set Atlan apart in the data and AI space.
