Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken’s top private clients, building deep relationships and trust
Execute programs and initiatives that increase client activity, trading, and assets on platform
Leverage blockchain analytics, trading data, and client insights to inform revenue-generating efforts and strategic decision-making
Partner with product, marketing, and client service teams to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty
Manage and expand an existing network of high-net-worth clients to drive business growth
Nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, helping them unlock the full value of Kraken’s product suite while identifying new opportunities to deepen engagement
Scale and execute the best VIP program in the industry, ensuring a best-in-class experience that goes above and beyond expectations
