Requirements

The Video Content Producer should possess demonstrable expertise in end-to-end motion design and video production, including creating standout videos such as explainers, motion graphics, ads, podcasts, webinars, and social media content. They must have a strong understanding of all aspects of video production, from concept and writing to post-production and distribution. Proficiency in video and design software, including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, and Illustrator, is required, along with experience using stock libraries creatively. Experience with shooting footage and AI video tools is considered a plus. Fluent written and spoken English is essential, and experience working remotely is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Video Content Producer, you will be responsible for telling the story of Remote and its products and customers through video and engaging motion graphics. You will blend your design eye with technical and editing skills to deliver high-quality, timely projects, including concept development, writing, post-production, and distribution. You will also be expected to work with and present to senior stakeholders, value graphic and motion design principles, contribute to a brand’s visual style, and incorporate new video techniques, tools, and technologies into your work. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable working with people and solving problems collaboratively, and champion diversity and inclusion within the team.
