Video Content Producer

Position Overview

Remote is seeking a talented Video Content Producer to join our Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for telling our story and the stories of our products and customers through video and engaging motion graphics. You will blend a solid eye for design with top-notch technical and editing skills, focusing on videography and post-production to deliver high-quality, timely projects. This is an exciting opportunity to make a personal difference in the global employment space.

Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end motion design and video production.
• Proficiency in creating standout videos, including explainers, motion graphics, ads, podcasts, webinars, socials, and more.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, from concept and writing, to post-production and distribution.
• Passion for converting audiences into customers (marketing experience is ideal).
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
• Proven ability to structure compelling narratives for audiovisual formats.
• Experience with After Effects expressions and using automations in your workflow.
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Value for graphic and motion design principles, brand design systems, and ability to work within and contribute to a brand's visual style.
• Proficiency in video and design software including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma or Illustrator.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Up to date on video techniques, tools, and technologies, and actively look for ways to incorporate them into new ideas.
• Ability to use stock libraries creatively.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• A kind, empathic, and patient person who loves working with people and solving problems.
• Deep care for diversity and inclusion.

Considered a Plus:

• Experience with shooting footage.
• Experience with AI video tools.
• Experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on videography and post-production to deliver high-quality, timely projects.
• Creating a variety of video content, including explainers, motion graphics, ads, podcasts, webinars, and social media content.
• Managing all aspects of video production from concept to distribution.
• Contributing to and working within the brand's visual style.
