Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B space, ideally HW devices
  • Experience managing a specific category/product with P&L responsibility as 4P lead
  • Strong vocalist to drive VC solution with “innovative work style” in the market as a core evangelist
  • Experience with full marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaigns
  • Experience in developing a brand, strategy recommendations and successfully growing a product line with comprehensive GTM plan/execution
  • Passion for B2B customer needs and business dynamics
  • In-depth experience in understanding B2B customer/partner preferences, attitudes, and other factors that influence 4P plan
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence brand strategy across the organization
  • Strong data analytic skills
  • Proven leadership skills to create strong internal/external relationships, while being a global team player
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L for total Japan VC category
  • Responsible for making & leading 4P management, including product offering, new product launch, pricing, margin management, channel strategy for VC category
  • Take ownership for demand/supply for VC products, working closely with Sales & Supply Chain team
  • Analyze B2B customer/partner requirements and share those feedback to VC BG (Business Group) to reflect Japan local requirements to future products & solutions
  • Influence local B2B channel partners together with Sales team by sharing product roadmap, global strategy, and competitive analysis
  • Newly develop VC execution plan based on customer insight, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Leverage global strategic partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google) here in Japan to activate local co-marketing & sales activities
  • Contribute to brand strategy development and deployment
