Lead the strategic finance function, including team of finance business partners (FBPs), the finance planning & analysis (FP&A) team, and centralized procurement group
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities
Direct strategic financial planning, including long-term forecasting, capital allocation, and scenario modeling
Direct budgeting, analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning processes
Oversee and present financial analyses and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors
Lead centralized procurement development
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize profitability, operational efficiency, and risk management
Ensure focus on critical KPIs
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategic finance team, including procurement, finance business partners, and financial planning and analysis functions
