Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to leading high-performing enterprise sales teams within EMEA markets. Proven success in scaling SaaS businesses in new regions, including building teams from the ground up, is essential, alongside a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence internal stakeholders and customers at the C-level, and a data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process optimization are required. Excellent global team collaboration and communication skills are also necessary to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments. Preferred qualifications include additional European languages and a deep understanding of enterprise risk, audit, compliance, or GRC software markets.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Sales, EMEA will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy to expand AuditBoard's presence and customer base across the EMEA region. This includes leading, recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales organization focused on enterprise and mid-market segments to drive sales execution and consistently exceed revenue and growth targets. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Alliances to tailor offerings and campaigns to regional needs, building trusted executive relationships with customers and prospects, and establishing operational rigor through accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and performance management. Additionally, the VP will represent AuditBoard in the market as a thought leader in risk and compliance transformation and provide market feedback to inform product strategy and localization needs.
