Experience as a QA Engineer in a global testing team supporting Quality Engineering activities
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
Be hands-on and own functional deliveries
Manage comprehensive testing phases from planning to execution for functional and non-functional requirements, including design, development, and delivery
Collaborate with peers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand client requirements, provide input on design, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Analyze and report on QA metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings to senior management and recommending corrective actions
Champion a culture of quality within the organization, driving awareness and adherence to quality standards
Prioritize and develop enhancements to continuously improve application stability and scalability
Conduct reviews of applications and workflow processes to target automation effectiveness
Drive a strong culture by bringing principles of inclusion and diversity to the team and setting the tone through specific recruiting and management activities
