Responsibilities

  • Be accountable to the executive team and board for profitable and efficient IPP functioning; own the P&L
  • Complete remaining work to fully stand up the IPP division
  • Manage 6-8 IPP employees, drawing on broader company resources as needed
  • Find optimal balance of internal/external resources and build relationships with external providers
  • Collaborate with NLE leaders and employees for smooth cross-functional relationships, deeply understanding and supporting DevCo priorities
  • Defend IPP against subsidizing DevCo, ensuring fair payment and good project pricing
  • Collaborate with IPP team and CEO to raise capital for projects
  • Oversee high-quality, on-budget, on-time construction by hiring/managing EPC contractors and others
  • Develop IPP's asset management strategy for projects reaching commercial operation
  • Sell IPP assets to maintain a lean, non-accumulating portfolio
