Requirements

The Vice President, Marketing Operations will establish the vision, roadmap, and structure for a best-in-class marketing operations function to scale Huntress from $150M ARR to $500M ARR and beyond, lead and mentor a high-performing Marketing Ops team, build trusted relationships across the marketing leadership team, sales, RevOps, Finance, and executive stakeholders, and own the evaluation and optimization of Huntress’ marketing technology stack (currently Hubspot).

Responsibilities

As VP of Marketing Operations at Huntress, this role will encompass strategic leadership & team building, including establishing a vision and roadmap for marketing operations, leading and expanding a Marketing Ops team, and building relationships with key stakeholders; marketing systems & infrastructure, such as overseeing the marketing technology stack and ensuring seamless lead flow; program & project management, including leading operational planning cadences and campaign workflows; budget management & vendor oversight, partnering with the CMO to manage the marketing budget and enabling the team on marketing processes related to PO/invoice tracking and vendor evaluation; marketing data & performance, ensuring marketing metrics are clearly defined and accessible, and instilling a data-driven culture within the marketing org; and cross-functional alignment & stakeholder management, collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on funnel management and GTM operational design.
