Requirements

  • Experience leading business outcomes, major customer relationship management, and leading global teams who are both direct and indirect reports
  • Global business experience with strengths in leading across cultures
  • Demonstrate an understanding of CEO strategies, and outcome-based value creation
  • Expert in global industry large deal management, with acceleration of performance in EMEA and Asia
  • Demonstrate expertise in the direct and indirect sales process, funnel management, contract negotiation, global pricing, and deal execution for all RA business units
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and strategies and their impact on Rockwell Automation

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales leadership and strategic direction for the assigned global enterprise account teams responsible for CPG large accounts
  • Maximize growth and performance while achieving the global quota, and creating an inclusive environment that shapes leadership talent for future mobility and growth
  • Develop, communicate and execute a three-to-five year global sales strategy
  • Contribute to Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) strategy and guide global alignment
  • Develop and nurture strategic executive level relationships with global customers, partners, and other regional growth influences
  • Lead growth of direct revenue and the indirect revenue purchased through Machine builders, Systems integrators and other third-party companies
  • Accelerate performance of new programs and uncover new customer value by embracing ARR business models in information, IOT and analytics software, and the connected services and process portfolio to deliver double digit growth
  • Lead achieving goals through outcome-based sales approach by understanding customers' greatest opportunities for productivity and recommending solutions based on Rockwell Automation's world class portfolio, requiring expertise in industry dynamics
  • Build relationships across the customer and ROK organizations, with emphasis on the C-Suite to ensure customer engagement which secures relationships and accelerates performance; simplify customer interactions
  • Run the everyday fly wheel, but also accelerate new behaviors and new initiatives (both internal to RA and external with customers)
  • Develop a definition of success within the industry accounts, along with winning plays that can be shared across RA organization
  • Lead in senior leadership conversations about the macro-business environment, unique business strategies and industry outcomes
  • Work with the regional president and their leadership team to ensure success of Enterprise Accounts and their suppliers
