Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent with 10–15+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8–12+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Report to the SVP of Business Strategy and Central Finance
Lead strategic and tactical financial planning across FBOT, including multi-year planning (MYP), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses
Oversee the enterprise outbound print expense approval process
Coordinate executive-level vendor management approvals
Act as the Head of Central Finance for various department leaders
Engage with the FBOT Finance team and senior leadership to deliver enterprise value and elevate Finance’s role within Fidelity
Interact with high autonomy and senior stakeholders across FBOT and the broader Fidelity finance community
