Requirements

The Vice President, Employee Success will lead a high-impact team responsible for shaping and driving talent success for our global team of 1,000 Docebians. This role requires strategic leadership experience, strong HR Business Partnering skills, expertise in Performance and Talent Programs, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, and Culture & Belonging. The ideal candidate will be able to develop strategies that equip the workforce with the skills, leadership, and mindsets necessary to thrive in an AI-driven future and will have experience in fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

As the Vice President, Employee Success, you will champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture aligned with our values and AI-First Learning strategy, develop and implement talent programs and communications, lead global employee listening strategies, and foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive global workplace culture. You will also lead a team of global HR Business Partners who act as strategic advisors to leadership, provide executive coaching to senior leaders, develop employee relations strategies, and serve as a key advisor on complex employee relations matters.
