Requirements

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience working in a digital or advertising environment
  • 5-10+ years of experience working with luxury brands
  • Excellent engagement and negotiation skills across client management, expectation management, and conflict resolution
  • Experience and/or aptitude for leadership in motivating a diverse, fast-moving team
  • Strong leadership skills in fostering relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to think conceptually, imaginatively, and systematically to address challenges and optimize opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the revenue lead to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Ensure the portfolio team has appropriate staffing allocation across capabilities in strategy & analytics, account management, performance media, creator partnerships & campaign management, etc
  • Serve as the client advocate to ensure the portfolio team has necessary information/briefing, awareness of KPIs, client program goals, product knowledge, and best practices to scope and complete projects on schedule and on budget
  • Drive vertical/category leadership opportunities in RFPs and opportunistic ideas
  • Lead and engage portfolio team across clients and campaigns to drive programs that meet client performance and business objectives
  • Drive adoption of client solutions best practices through example setting and positive reinforcement
  • Monitor and track client performance objectives for all existing initiatives to ensure program goals are met/exceeded
  • Act as point of contact on client accounts, manage client escalations, and solve issues
  • Work with internal team to ensure client develops trust in the portfolio team by overseeing client outputs and communication
  • Collaborate with departments including Revenue, Execution, and Operations to address client needs and scale the business
  • Lead process improvements, ensure efficiency, build value by proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of research products, industry trends, and competitive set related to client’s business
  • Manage monthly billing reconciliation process with Account Management and Finance teams
