Vet Clinic Implementation Associate

Employment Type: Full-Time Location Type: Remote Salary: $60,000/year - $80,000/year (plus bonus, equity, and benefits)

As a growing, Y Combinator and venture-backed company, we are modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry, enabling veterinary organizations to spend more time on patient care and less on procurement.

The Vet Clinic Implementation Associate is responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale projects that enhance customer experience and streamline processes. This client-facing role serves as the primary point of contact for external partners throughout the project lifecycle and acts as a liaison between Vetcove's engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders to set priorities, ensure project milestones are met, and manage expectations across departments and with executives.
  • Develop project plans and timelines, clearly outlining expectations for team members.
  • Identify resource needs to ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the CTO and Head of Strategy to scope projects, define processes and milestones, and ensure timely launch.
  • Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders.
  • Assign project tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience.
  • Understand business goals and connect them with the prioritization of incoming project requests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working directly in a veterinary clinic OR implementing new veterinary software for clinics.
  • Experience managing projects involving partnership development, third-party integrations, and new feature/product launch strategy.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience building roadmaps, project plans, and timelines with strong attention to detail.
  • Humility and a willingness to take ownership and clear obstacles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to hold others accountable for deliverables against tight timelines.
  • This role will require travel.
