Candidates should have experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the service industry or retail, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They must be self-motivated, customer-oriented, and fluent in German. No prior experience in the energy industry is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
The Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in Außendienst (m/w/d) will identify and approach potential customers directly in their homes, present Octopus Energy’s energy and gas tariffs in personal sales conversations, build and deepen relationships with customers, take responsibility for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, report sales activities to sales management, and proactively identify and qualify leads.
