Responsibilities

Medebehandelaar zijn in het revalidatieproces van patiënten met neurologische gevolgen van een ongeval, ziekte of aandoening
Zorgen voor een goed behandelklimaat met nadruk op samen beslissen met de patiënt en aanpassen van behandeling aan thuissituatie
Ondersteunen/begeleiden bij dagelijkse zorg
Voeren van overleg met arts/behandelaar
Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen
Persoonlijk begeleiden van patiënten
Bieden van werkbegeleiding
Deelnemen aan werkgroepen
Enthousiasmeren van collega’s, leerlingen en stagiaires en bijdragen aan een positief leer/werkklimaat
Helpen van patiënten om grenzen te verleggen
Observeren en rapporteren naar teamleden van eigen en andere disciplines
Draaien van dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten (inclusief mogelijkheid voor vaste nachtdiensten)
