The role is based at IQVIA Türkiye's Çağrı Merkezi operation in Maslak on the European side.
Candidates need to be ön lisans / lisans graduates, have at least 1 year of call center experience, strong phone expression and persuasion skills, solution-oriented mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word, fast typing skills, ability to manage relations with international partners, team-oriented with strong communication skills, and for male candidates, completed military service.
Responsibilities include updating database data, conducting source research and computer entries, recording call logs, ensuring data accuracy for high-quality outputs, meeting customer demands via calls to ensure satisfaction, and transferring paper information to electronic format or coding it.
