Requirements

  • Work onsite 4 days a week at the Medtronic facility in Mounds View, Minnesota
  • Ability to travel domestically 5-10% to enhance collaboration and ensure project completion

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement and accountability across Global IT’s strategic supplier base
  • Oversee key processes related to supplier segmentation, performance monitoring, engagement, and development
  • Collaborate with global teams, internal customers, and technology suppliers to measure and manage performance aligned with operational, financial, and innovation goals
  • Implement and maintain supplier scorecards
  • Coordinate recurring supplier events, including monthly stewardship, QBRs, and annual summits
  • Generate sustainable value from programmatic governance and partnership activities
  • Support the ongoing management of the strategic partnerships program by collaborating with the vendor management team to establish strategies, structures, and templates
  • Ensure consistent processes with the vendor management team and Global IT’s top suppliers
  • Apply established governance and partnership frameworks to supplier management activities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of scorecards
  • Participate in SLA/KPI review forums
  • Assist with the implementation of improvement plans based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Build relationships internally and externally as part of the VMO supplier scorecard program
