Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed AOP, sales budget, and account development targets (QoQ and YoY)
  • Develop and execute accurate and on-going sales plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Maintain and grow market share across all product lines
  • Identify opportunities within current and new customer base; develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and account penetration
  • Leverage the full product portfolio (DCB, Atherectomy, full PV product portfolio) to maximize sales and share performance
  • Monitor key market trends and competitive information; inform sales management of relevant data/changes
  • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory for effective time management
  • Effectively manage expenses to drive business growth and adhere to company policies
  • Identify, establish, and maintain productive relationships with key decision makers, customers, staff, and administrators
  • Drive value through disciplined pricing, strong ASPs, and effective use of contracts for compliance and pull-through
  • Leverage APV, Corporate Accounts, and CVG partnerships for contracting opportunities
  • Probe customer needs, overcome objections, build consensus, gain commitments, and close business
  • Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations
  • Maintain/expand existing business and develop new opportunities
  • Represent company at industry conferences to gain leads and promote products
  • Develop strategies to counter competitors
  • Educate customers on products and features for effective use
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
  • Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and improve outcomes
  • Engage physicians in clinical conversations on Peripheral Vascular product advantages
  • Work with internal functions (marketing, customer service, finance) to meet targets (e.g., inventory audits, protocols)
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally
