Requirements

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with commercial experience preferred
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of brands in different points of their life cycle (launch, grow, mature)
  • Experience launching new products or new indications
  • Knowledge on HEOR and Market Access
  • Experience and/or Knowledge on Oncology studies
  • Experience on Project Management
  • Understanding about Health Market Data
  • Understanding Clinical Data and interpretation of Clinical Outcomes measurements
  • Excellence on Communication and presentation abilities
  • Abilities in develop relationships with Key Healthcare Stakeholders including Payers and Medical Services
  • Success in effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management
  • Ability to "flex" across different types of cultures, work, complexities, business situations and proven ability to work with matrix partners
  • Understanding of regulatory policies and impact of public relations in Brazilian Market
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively collaborate and work across boundaries (e.g. disease mgt., marketing, external development) and building strong external relationships
  • Demonstrated use of communication and change management strategies/tactics to champion new ways of thinking and working
  • Fully bilingual, Portuguese and English
  • Able to deliver against commercial and broader performance objectives
  • Fluency in analytical models (e.g., journey decisioning engine) and ability to translate analytics from BI&A teams into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

  • Defining, building, and implementing market access strategies for BMS products in both public and private sectors, ensuring patient access to the company’s medicines
  • Acting as a strategic leader, technical reference, and connector among multifunctional areas (Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Medical, Marketing, Government Affairs, Field Access)
  • Promoting integration, stakeholder engagement, and tactical execution aligned with brand and company objectives
  • Ensuring the execution of access strategy through Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes
  • Disseminating value messages
  • Identifying HEOR opportunities
