Responsibilities

Reviewing shipments data to understand the exact customer and regulatory requirements and checking the accuracy and completeness of documentation supplied
Using in-house systems to create accurate and legally compliant clearance declarations
Contacting customers or government agencies to clarify information when needed
Resolving routine customer and customs disputes
Building effective relationships with our customers and helping them to choose the best suited clearance services
Working within tight time frames in a busy office environment
