Requirements

  • Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong commercial awareness in strategy formulation and execution
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Estate Master
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed valuation advice across a variety of office and commercial properties and CBD assets
  • Collect and analyse sales and leasing evidence
  • Complete cash flow models
  • Deliver timely and accurate valuation and advisory reports
  • Attend client and industry functions to interact with clients and gain market and business knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Assess current market values for properties
  • Extract and appropriately analyse comparable sales evidence
  • Work collaboratively with other Colliers’ divisions by seeking and referring opportunities
  • Support the National Director through achievement of individual revenue budget
