Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating writing skills and understanding of UX principles
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail

Familiarity with content management systems and design tools
Experience in collaborating with designers and product teams

Responsibilities

Craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across digital products
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to create user-friendly content that guides users through applications
Develop content strategies
Write microcopy for interfaces
Create help and support content
Ensure all textual elements contribute to a cohesive and intuitive user journey
Write or enhance user-facing contents (documents or presentations)
Create presentations, logos, infographics, explainer videos, and marketing content
Handle communication efforts across digital platforms
