Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience in project coordination, administrative support, customer-facing operations, or working with cross-functional teams
  • Prior exposure to UX research, research in general, or product development
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, coordinate across stakeholders, and communicate clearly and professionally
  • HTML, CSS & Javascript – Basic knowledge
  • Experience managing personally identifiable information (PII)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates scheduling and logistics for customer interviews across time zones
  • Acts as a liaison between UX Researchers, Product Owners, CSM, Sales, and our customers/prospects
  • Manages participant recruitment processes, including invitations, confirmations, and reminders
  • Tracks research activity processes and ensures documentation is up-to-date and accessible to internal stakeholders
  • Maintains participant databases and recruitment tools in collaboration with researchers
  • Communicates clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Collaborates with research to understand study needs and proactively solve logistical challenges
  • Uses JavaScript, CSS and HTML to customize web pages
