Requirements

4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or UX Engineer with a proven portfolio showcasing successful product delivery
High proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and experience leading full application redesign projects
Demonstrated ability to write and deploy production-level front-end code using React and Tailwind CSS
A strong understanding of product strategy and how UX design drives measurable business results (e.g., conversion, adoption)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Stakeholders)
High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for daily collaboration with global teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for healthcare or regulated industries
Familiarity with compliance platforms or complex professional applications
Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Bolt.new)

Responsibilities

Lead full application design: Own the full application design, redesign, and optimization of the CE Broker and Evercheck platforms from concept through deployment
User-Centered Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate those insights into actionable, high-impact design solutions
Design & Prototyping: Create clear wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications using modern design tools
Front-End Engineering: Develop production-ready front-end code for user interfaces using modern frameworks like React and styling utilities like Tailwind CSS
Design System Contribution: Actively contribute to the development, maintenance, and governance of our Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products
Accessibility & Standards: Ensure all designs and front-end code adhere strictly to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
