Requirements

3+ years of design experience gained at software product companies
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions
Familiarity with workforce management and scheduling platforms
Early stage startup experience highly desired
Experience with Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions preferred
Experience in the Retail, Hospitality, and Fitness industries a plus
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
Experienced with web application and mobile product design (Not just website design)
Experience with "Big Data" or analytics systems design a plus

Responsibilities

Interaction Design (Prototyping, sketching, working side-by-side with engineers and product managers)
Collaborate with product managers, customers, engineers, and other designers to build new features and products
Information Architecture
UX Research
Rapidly Design Deliverables
Manages design deliverables contract agencies
Interfaces with product management & development on end-to-end product execution
Key contributor to the overall visuals, style, and interfaces across Legion product, website, and collateral
