Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a UX Architect, UX Designer, or UI/UX Engineer in a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused company, demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools is required, along with experience conducting user research, usability testing, and accessibility audits. A solid grasp of HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS), and responsive design principles, coupled with the ability to define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries, is also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions, are required.

Responsibilities

As a UX Architect, you will develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design concepts, collaborate closely with product managers, software developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation, advocate for UX best practices and usability improvements, balancing security requirements with an intuitive user experience, and provide mentorship to QA and front-end developers, fostering a culture of user-centered design and innovation.
