Ability to perform duties of A, B, and C Operators
Knowledge/skill to gauge when the line is hot and ready to start
Ability to make heat adjustments on extruder for quality pipe
Ability to maintain INK JET printers and select correct print
Ability to perform Production Pre-Start Checklist and start up a line from start to finish in a timely manner with quality product
Ability to keep all tooling put up in correct place
Ability to select proper silo and material for product
Ability to oversee output, specifications, and overall quality
Ability to work with operators and render aid in packaging and housekeeping
Ability to assume Supervisor role in absence of regular Supervisor

Responsibilities

Oversee output, specifications, and overall quality
Work with operators and render aid in packaging and housekeeping
Assume Supervisor role for the shift in absence of regular Supervisor
Comply with all Company policies and procedures
Perform all duties required of A, B, and C Operators
Gauge when the line is hot and ready to start
Make heat adjustments on extruder for quality pipe
Maintain INK JET printers and select correct print
Give breaks to line operators in area of responsibility
Responsible for Production Pre-Start Checklist and start up a line from start to finish in a timely manner with quality product
Keep all tooling put up in correct place
Set a premier example for safe work habits, attitude, and company goals
Select proper silo and material for product
Support all company policies, goals, and objectives
Perform other duties as instructed by Supervisor or as required
