Responsibilities
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Maintain cleanliness of all areas including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from parking lot to club entrance; ensure carts are well-stocked, in working order, and clean; remove unsuitable carts
Remove trash or debris from parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of the club
Return new and unused merchandise to the sales floor
Maintain outdoor grounds including cart corrals, sidewalks, and outdoor trash receptacles
Prioritize maintenance and cleaning responsibilities efficiently across the club
Operate the floor (tasks implied in maintenance context)
Support GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA); deliver fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean service
Ensure safe and positive environment; resolve and de-escalate member concerns
Deliver GOLD club standards daily: grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside/out
Understand and access production/financial performance reporting for department; connect execution to business impact
