Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance to ensure ready access for members
Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the club, including sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, and parking lot
Remove trash or debris from the parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of the club
Ensure carts are well-stocked at the club entrance
Verify that all carts are in working order and clean; remove unsuitable carts
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Commit to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
Deliver GOLD club standards daily: Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look; all items stocked and promotional plans executed; visible accurate signage; clean and organized inside and out
