Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams is essential, as is a strong understanding of user research methodologies and design thinking principles. Familiarity with Agile development processes and SaaS products is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the UX Manager, you will lead and mentor a global team of five UX designers, ensuring the successful design and execution of user experiences for Salsify's Growth group. You will collaborate closely with Directors of Engineering and Product Management to drive UX strategy and execution, define UX best practices, and create a seamless, user-centered design experience. Additionally, you will conduct user research, employ design tools such as Figma, and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Habanero design system, ultimately impacting the creation of innovative products and capabilities that drive customer satisfaction and business expansion.
