Requirements
- Knowledge of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) to program wrappers accurately
- Ability to set up, operate, and adjust galaxy overwrap machines following procedures
- Skill in checking product quality to ensure standards and specifications are met
- Capability to maintain accurate documentation of machine operation and report issues
- Proficiency in monitoring machinery, troubleshooting programming issues, and performing routine maintenance
- Ability to monitor equipment for proper temperature settings
- Commitment to following all safety procedures, using PPE, reporting hazards, participating in training, maintaining cleanliness, and staying aware of surroundings
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards

Responsibilities
- Program wrappers accurately using SKU knowledge and load correct overwrap onto machines
- Set up, operate, and adjust galaxy overwrap machines per procedures
- Check quality of produced products to ensure they meet standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate documentation of machine operation, noting malfunctions or changes, and report issues to supervisors
- Monitor machinery to identify optimal times for loading replacement film rolls to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and correct programming issues with overwrap equipment
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent and resolve malfunctions or breakdowns
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper temperature settings for seals on trays
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, use PPE, operate machinery safely, report hazards/near misses/injuries/accidents, participate in safety training/drills, maintain cleanliness, contribute to safety improvements
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity by implementing action plans and using Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies/data/resources, collaborating, identifying priorities/deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, adapting to change
