Responsibilities
- Leads and participates in teams by using/sharing resources, identifying customer needs/business priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, modeling adaptation to change
- Operates and maintains corporate vehicles; checks/stocks vehicles, pressure washer equipment, hoses, tools, accessories, disposables
- Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment (e.g., pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles)
- Troubleshoots, provides customer service, communicates with facility users, resolves problems/complaints, ensures work environments meet Walmart policies/procedures, builds relationships with stakeholders
- Evaluates areas to be cleaned, determines suitable pressure levels/temperature settings, cleans surfaces (e.g., walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, trash chutes, compactors), removes dirt/debris/trash/contaminants
- Follows safety procedures/guidelines to prevent accidents/injuries with high-pressure equipment
- Responds to work order requests/needs via various communication methods, maintains inventory/equipment, installs normal wear parts
- Leverages technology (e.g., phones, tablets, laptops) to complete work orders, maintain records/logs/documentation
- Conducts safety/preventative maintenance checks on equipment (e.g., oil/gas levels, oil changes, seals, filters); properly stores equipment/tools
- Performs other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
- Completes work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborates with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, identifies priorities/deadlines, communicates progress, recommends improvements, adapts to change/feedback
