Responsibilities

  • Process payroll documentation for pay adjustments by researching, verifying, filing daily time reports, time/pay adjustments, and payroll edits
  • Assist with human resource functions (e.g., payroll, benefits, employment) including preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing reports, documents, and logs for compliance
  • Respond to issues and questions related to payroll, benefits, and employment; report deficiencies to management
  • Provide administrative and HR support through general clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing, answering phones, data entry, scheduling, maintaining logs)
  • Prepare, review, analyze reports and paperwork; process HR reports and documents
  • Assist with transfers, orientations, terminations, and transfers by preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing HR reports and documents
  • Support hiring process by scheduling interviews and drug screens, completing reference checks, processing new hires, terminations, transfers, paperwork, and data entry
  • Assist with new hire and transfer orientations
  • Process employment-related paperwork and data entry (e.g., Leave of Absence, Workers Compensation, OSHA logs)
