The HR Compliance Specialist will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America, developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance. They will conduct regular audits, deliver training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, as well as manage and maintain testing scenarios, documentation, and guidelines to support iterative design improvements.
