Requirements

  • Proficiency in creating/processing work orders, assessing maintenance needs, identifying parts/solutions, selecting best solutions, and conducting repairs (e.g., brake systems like air anti-skid, ABS, disc brakes; replacing leaky wheel seals; dismounting/installing tires)
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, associates, and complete work orders, records, logs, and documentation per procedures
  • Competence in receiving fuel drops, conducting fuel sampling (monitoring drops for safety/compliance, fuel additives, tank levels, sample collection/preparation/shipping, paperwork)
  • Availability for 3rd shift (2030-0500, Sun-Thurs)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with individuals/groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates) verbally and in writing, and complete work orders, records, logs, and documentation according to procedures
  • Receive fuel drops and conduct fuel sampling by monitoring drops for safety/compliance, following procedures for additives, monitoring tank levels, collecting/preparing/shipping samples, and completing paperwork
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards while implementing action plans and applying them in business processes
  • Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities/deadlines; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
