  • Experience in supervising associates: selecting/training/mentoring, assigning duties, building team environments, setting/evaluating performance, providing recognition/coaching, and ensuring belonging awareness

  • Direct processes/procedures: analyze data for standards/workflows, evaluate performance baselines, identify improvements, edit/develop solutions, ensure simplicity/executability/sustainability/rollout, consult cross-functionally for alignment, communicate changes for buy-in/behavior change
  • Manage behavior change/process improvement programs: evaluate needs, partner on strategies to simplify processes, guide on policies/procedures, ensure controls/tools/materials, align stakeholders, monitor metrics/performance, identify/resolve post-implementation issues
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans/projects: identify needs, develop/communicate plans/priorities, remove barriers, provide resources, set/measure performance standards, adjust as needed, develop contingency plans, demonstrate adaptability/support learning
