  • Experience overseeing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish to achieve business goals, primarily demand generation
  • Expertise in strategic planning, budget management, cross-channel coordination (digital, social, email, print), performance analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, including Product Marketing, Creative, Customer Success, Marketing leadership, and neighboring teams
  • Proficiency in driving personalization strategies and multi-channel marketing tactics
  • Skills in establishing, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and program KPIs
  • Capability to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Knowledge of email automation, lead scoring, content strategies, segmentation, and customer-centric opportunities
  • Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, competitive landscape, and performance standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop holistic marketing campaigns strategy across multiple channels (email, web, events, social media, paid media) with the right content mix to deliver business goals and increase engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging, branding, and timing with business initiatives
  • Partner with internal Marketing team on email automation, lead scoring best practices, and optimizing content strategies
  • Drive personalization strategies and enhancements via multi-channel tactics
  • Establish, analyze, and report on campaign and program KPIs; regularly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Build and maintain inclusive campaign calendar and best practices playbook
  • Work with PMM and Creative teams to launch campaigns using internal/external tools
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure on-brand, impactful touchpoints
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing Operations and Marketing Creative Director to create and manage robust, integrated campaign strategies
  • Drive creation and execution of multiple simultaneous campaigns and projects to address sales and customer needs
  • Remove barriers/obstacles impacting performance and identify performance standards
  • Manage development of business proposals, strategic action plans, roadmaps; provide insights on trends and best practices
  • Collaborate on brief development, email campaigns, writing, editing, design, and provide feedback on best practices
  • Evaluate ongoing performance and effectiveness of plans, programs, initiatives; consult with stakeholders
